鑫友電動采光排煙天窗，設(shè)計依據(jù)國家建筑標準設(shè)計圖集09J621-2、04J621-2。

TC95天窗

通透的設(shè)計美觀大方，兼具采光與通風，庫內(nèi)更顯明亮，并可有效減少風壓阻力，適用于采光為主必要時開啟的大型生產(chǎn)車間、大廳、體育館等。

□電動開窗機采用24V直流或220V交流電源，功率是30W，啟閉時間6-8秒。

□天窗啟閉易群組控制，每組天窗數(shù)根據(jù)天窗數(shù)量及控制距離決定。其最大開啟角度為70°。

□三種控制方式：通用控制方式、智能控制方式、智能網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制方式。以上控制方式均可消防聯(lián)動控制，于消防報警連接。

TC95 Sunroof

TC95中梃天窗

* TC95中梃天窗外形簡潔美觀，隱藏式合頁結(jié)構(gòu)，氬弧焊無縫焊接，天窗窗體高度約為95mm，壁厚1.5mm，采用鋼化加膠中空玻璃，具有良好的采光和保溫效果；

* TC95中梃天窗泛水板采用無縫焊接、具有內(nèi)外口翻邊自帶排水槽的全鋁防水結(jié)構(gòu)，TC95中梃天窗整體坐落于泛水板排水槽內(nèi)。雨水在防水板排水槽及時排出，避免了因密封膠老化帶來的漏水煩惱；

* TC95中梃天窗窗體、泛水板和開窗機殼體顏色可定制，表面陽極氧化、焊接后整體粉末噴涂或氟碳噴涂可供選擇，滿足顧客不同的需求；

* TC95中梃天窗可選配多種開窗機，諸如：EH型電動鏈式、CH型電動內(nèi)螺桿、CT電動齒條式開窗機或HCR型手搖鏈式開窗機等；

* 此天窗配置HCR型手搖鏈式開窗機和輔助氣彈簧，保證窗扇正常開啟后的穩(wěn)定性；

* 此開窗機鏈條采用高強度錳鋼制作而成，表面熱鍍鋅處理，具有良好的強度和防銹性能；

* 此開窗機推拉力300N，自鎖力＞1000N，防護等級IP32，開啟窗開距可根據(jù)顧客需求定制（建議其開距不大于400mm）。

* The TC95 mullion sunroof flood board is seamlessly welded with an all-aluminum waterproof structure with drainage tank at the inner and outer lips. The TC95 mullion sunroof is located in the drainage tank.Rain water in the waterproof board drainage tank timely discharge, to avoid the leakage caused by aging sealant;

* TC95 mullion skylight window, flood plate and window opening machine shell color can be customized, the surface is anodized, after welding, the overall powder spraying or fluorocarbon coating can be selected, to meet the different needs of customers;

* TC95 mulspike skylight can be selected with a variety of window machine, such as: EH electric chain, CH electric internal screw, CT electric rack window machine or HCR hand shake chain window machine;

* This skylight is equipped with HCR type hand-shake chain window opening machine and auxiliary air spring, to ensure the stability of the window sash after the normal opening;

* This window opening machine chain is made of high-strength manganese steel, the surface of the hot-dip galvanizing treatment, with good strength and rust prevention performance;

* This window opening machine is 300N, self-locking force> 1000N, protection level IP 32, the window opening distance can be customized according to customer needs (the opening distance is recommended not more than 400mm).
